style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Porque a nova exig\u00eancia da NR-1 colocou um holofote em algo que muita empresa tratava como \u201ccultura\u201d \u2014 mas que agora entra no campo de <\/span><b>gest\u00e3o de risco<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">:<\/span><\/p><p><b>fatores psicossociais relacionados ao trabalho<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><p><span \/><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">iniciativa que \u201cparece humana\u201d, mas n\u00e3o vira <\/span><b>processo<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, nem vira <\/span><b>PGR<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, nem vira <\/span><b>evid\u00eancia<\/b><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A sensa\u00e7\u00e3o interna \u00e9: \u201cestamos cuidando\u201d.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mas o risco real fica intacto, porque ningu\u00e9m transformou isso em tr\u00eas que foi executado, registrado e documentado)<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/li><\/ol><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">E a\u00ed vem o segundo erro \u2014 o mais
